I have low and realistic expectations for today.

Dalton gets a very minor injury /cramp that forces him to sit.

Fields comes in and throws for 5 TDs and runs for 2 more-untouched.
Monty has 100 yards and 2 TDs
Santos kicks a 65 yarder at half just for the fun of it
Bears get 5 sacks of Stafford + safety

68-0 (conservatively)

Maybe Stafford gets a few garbage time TDs and stats, while the Bears start working on their new superbowl shuffle video on the Tik Tok kids don't have the attention span for a full one anymore....

69-0 and the only garbage time TDs Stafford is getting is going to Bears' 3rd string DBs

Vikes and Lions look bad as ever. Vikings have no o-line (their first round tackle is injured)

Bengals are gonna be a tough game next week, they can't run it but their defense looked good in the first half.

49'ers are mauling the Lions. Debo Samuels has 160 yards receiving midway thru the 3rd. Their 6th round rookie RB has 88 yards on 10 carries. This will quiet the Trey Lance talk for at least one week.

No running game and he's so small, that's going to crash and burn. The NFL is a big man's league.

I didnt realize he was that short, but Russell wilson did it. I would quickly trade any or all our QBs for him before a challenge flag is thrown.

Russ is huge (230 lbs) and Seattle has always had a good running game to rely on.

Arizona regularly throws 50+ times a game. That Rams/Cardinals game at the end of the year last year was gnarly and IMO it's going to be commonplace.

These rookie QBs (Lawrence, Wilson) can't carry a team without a running game, they're going to take a beating.

Russell Wilson seems to be doing just fine and is a future HOF. Murray is going on his 3rd year and I guarantee he will be in MVP consideration this year, especially if he has another career year in the NFLs toughest division NFC West. Murray is a baller period.

CLE 22- KC 10 at the half. KC's defense is really going to be a problem for them this year. CLE is running all over them.

Fun opening Sunday. Upsets and lots of great crunch time plays.

Hope the Bears show up tonight. If they don’t that will probably work too… Fields playing sooner.

Truth. See some of his throws? He’s throwing accurately off the back foot and different angles and body positions along with all that athletic mobility. Pure talent and that kid is tough and he leads. Flutie Wilson and Murray are simply unicorns.
