6'9, long wingspan, can't shoot. Perfect fit for this team.

Actually, his wingspan isn't that great at 6'11, so that means he's disqualified from consideration.

Most importantly he's not good at basketball currently. Masai might go for long wingspans, but he also likes those players to have a great motor with amazing defense. Seku has neither of those things. But in terms of taking nothing and turning it into value, I'm all for it.

Camp, IMO, suggests immaturity, that people around Pascal decide for him.

I dont know if it is media who use this word instead of the athlete's, or agent's name, but it is stupid.

Pascal is a grown man. He can speak for himself.

He can definitely speak for himself and he is of course a grown man but he employs an agent to represent him and advise him as he probably should. I think you are reading too much into the word camp used here by his agent to mean Pascal and his representatives.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

I get ortg 118.2 and drtg 110.2 with net 8.0, using fantasylabs site, og&Spicy&no Baynes. A tick better for the Net.

Respectable... but not sure how that is #2 in NBA. I get net 9.4 for fred+og and no Baynes

Edit: pascal, fvv, og and no Baynes is at netrtg +9.8 :o
Edit2: replacing fvv with lowry makes it worse +9.1

To Toronto - Lamb + Moses Brown
To Dallas - Dragic
To Det - Powell
To Indy - Justin Jackson + trey Burke + okafur or seku

Indy should get a 2nd or something from DET Dallas should give us a 1st or 2nd

I still don't get the criticism for Lowry Sign and Trade vs the deadline. Other than cap space that could be used for Holmes there wasn't much we could do. Precious is fine and we can get something for dragic. The alternative at the deadline as taking on dead salary or Philly scarps. Which honeslty reflects worst on Philly cause they got bounced while the guy they decided to trade for averaged 2.5 ppg against Atlanta.

But as other have mentioned Pelton hates Barnes and I feel this grade would shift to at least a B- if you just swap Suggs and Barnes tbh.

People forget it is a sign and trade - not really a trade. Lowry dictates where he wants to go, and the Raps have to trade with that team and recover whatever they could. I think it is a pretty good trade (I am high on Precious).

getting Precious and Dragic was better than getting nothing at all imho. we would have left a big gap of money that could not be used and translated Lowry into useful assets. that allowed us to use the MLE on Birch and whoever. I'm more about operating between the luxury tax line and salary cap at this moment. I think Precious is at least as good as Holmes is and has higher upside down the road/over the course of the season.

^ this vs an insignificant free agent signing <$18M - I think Precious and Dragic both outperform whomever (assets from a potential Dragic trade) we would have gotten in free agency (Holmes) that we would have overpaid probably. Holmes making $10M per year is pretty good (for SAC) but we would have had to overpay to get him to move from California to Toronto (probably)

missing something, a 3rd player from dallas(wcs/burke) because the salaries dont match otherwise

plus i dont believe there is a trade agreed to already, otherwise raptors would not signed so many players to partially guaranteed deal, when at a minimum its a 3for1 trade with dallas. we would have kept roster spot open and not signed bonga/svi etc.

Lol I’m pretty sure there is still 1 open camp spot as we can bring 20 and if you ask me Freddy G is as good as gone after he gets his 50k so that’s the 2 spots needed to complete the deal

Oddly, Dragic doesn't make the list.

he's only been in 1-2 trade rumors and he was a free agent with a team option.

1. Dragic to Toronto
2. Dragic to Dallas (from Toronto)

from all I saw this past offseason.

Would ya'all trade Dragic for Bledsoe??

To Houston - Dragic(bought out) + Kennard + Ibaka(Bought out)

To LAC - John Wall

To Toronto - Bledsoe

I think that getting into the middle of a Wall trade to end up with something that suits us better than Dragic is a good call;

Bledsoe is horrible, i'd rather just let Dragic walk at end of year then take back extra salary for a bad player
