This year's roster is much better and better suited for the playoffs then the 2020 team, the problem is that the East much tougher this year with Giannis maybe figuring out how to be even more dominate and they now have Holiday instead of Bledsoe and the 2 1/2 superstars in Brooklyn.

We got somewhat better, but a bunch of the eastern teams did too. So I'm not sure we took a real step forward.

East is legit the stronger conference now. By a lot.

This is definitely more built towards playoff basketball if we can get there healthy and with our legs.

Depends on Dipo. If we get the version of him that got hurt against the Lakers, then I like our odds of being better than the 2020 team if we're healthy.

Being midgets in the middle gives me pause though.

How is Yeetseven looking?

True stretch 5 or conversely, big stopper is what I feel is needed to feel more comfortable to contend. The team can get in the mix and I love the team, but feel another big man who can do something at the elite level; be it scoring/d/stretch/leap would be the game changer that causes the bucks/nets to think twice. KD is unstoppable on his own already and i hate to say it, but we don't have the answers for their full lineup as of now. Happy to be proven wrong (looking at you strus and morris!)

Just from what I've seen from Lowry, we are a better team. This is the first time in years, that we have a true PG that controls the pace and creates for others. I love the Dragon but he was a scorer and a speed guy. Lowry, gets us into sets and makes the entire thing move.

The cast is still TBD and truly based on DIPO and how long Lowry can stay healthy but Id take this year. Much more balanced and experienced. Morris isn't great but a 6"8 guy who can play D and shoot is needed. PJ is a hustling machine, that will force everyone around him to hustle. My fear is PG behind Lowry isn't great, and while I love Jimmy, he is best when he doesn't have to bring ball up.
