Honestly? Do we have any definitive rumors or consensus of what the 76ers need out of a Simmons trade? Is it Lillard or bust? Is it 4 unprotected 1sts and they're only getting offered 2-3? What is the line in the sand they're not getting offered right now?

Sixers beat reporters are saying that it’s all quiet and team expects Simmons to be on team for some time yet

I don't think so but we can break it down logically. Start by looking at team without Simmons.

Curry, Green, Harris, Embiid -- Maxey, Thybulle, Korkmaz, Drummond -- Springer, Joe, Milton, Niang, Reed

Based on this lineup they need a playmaker to start and a playmaker on the bench. Both playmakers probably need to be 6'3 or above since they have Curry and Maxey as small SGs. Unless they want to move on one of those two.

That's the starting point of a sixers trade. I doubt Morey wants to waste a season of Embiid.

I think Murray+White is perfect for the Sixers and personally I think Morey should do whatever is necessary to get them, even if they need to give more than Simmons alone.
