Last 2 games of the ECF with Giannis out:

Khris -- 29 ppg, 7.8 apg, 8.5 rpg, 2.5 spg, .5 bpg
Jrue -- 26 ppg, 11 apg, 7.5 rpg, 2.5 spg, 1.5 bpg

Really was never enough (maybe could never be enough) said about this imo.

They were so good.

Maybe it was just that this was one aspect of a run that added increasingly more incredible moments on top of the one that preceeded it.

You're just going to wear the other 7 championship caps on top of it or...?

Whatever it takes

Got an email about my black Earned T which has evidently been delayed and is expected to ship in the next 10 days...

And a godlike game from Brook Lopez. :D

They were both excellent.

I think Jrue averaged 10-11 assists throughout the playoffs, no?

I won't lie.

I still can't believe it. Growing up being laughed at for cheering for teams that were at best mediocre. Going to games when people are basically giving away tickets.

Watching some of my favorites: Blue Edwards or Alvin Robertson.....to 2001 (fu** the officiating)....we actually have one of the top five players (at least) in the game right now and we ARE THE CHAMPIONS!

Nothing else matters right now................

I just got my Bucks hoodie in the mail today. Very happy with it. Ordered it 3 weeks ago so came quickly compared to everyone else's experiences.

35/13/5 on 66% TS and a game score (31.9) that even Jordan never achieved. If Lebron ever had a Finals series like Giannis just did, we wouldn't hear the end of how it was the "GOAT individual Finals". Still **** surreal to me that he put up that kind of performance on a bum knee, and somehow Giannis is still being comically underrated.

I feel like if he had done that to win his 2nd+ Finals, people would already be talking about how he's staking his claim among the all time greats. Which, to be clear, he is.

I thought about this and I'm still not really convinced that it's anything but the perception that certain players have within the NBA ecosystem. Otherwise, I really don't think there'd be this much talk about whether or not the guy who went 0-6 in OT while losing in the semi-finals simply because he didn't have yet another super-team to bail him out, is really the best player in the world instead of the guy that's literally dominated the league for the past 3 years.

And to go back to your original point (on this page if the thread, anyway) is that his team mates played such fantastically complimentary (even primary) roles in the playoffs that none can be denied their vital role. In spite of what I may have said in the GT/PGT at the time

Maybe it will be like that episode of Roseanne where they keep getting stoves.

Our top 7 in the finals can all legitimately look at one another and say I truly contributed to us wining that chip. You could go even deeper if you wanted.

Forbes - Awesome in the first round averaging 15 to remove all demons from last season.
Teague - Had a couple of great little cameos in the conference finals when we needed someone to bury a couple of 3s. 11 points in Game 5 after Giannis is out.

Pretty rare to be the 9th guy and still be able to say that.

Met a really good buddy when he was down in miami for the weekend.

Spent spent 6hrs talking about the bucks championship getting completely **** faced. So wasted but I haven't truly had a sit down with another fan.

We still both can't believe what we witnessed, still feels like a dream.

Was hell getting on a flight the next day but worth it!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around media day being in a week and camp opening in 8 days. First preseason game is in 15 days and the season opener is in 29 days. I want more time to savor the championship before I start to criticize these bums when they lose a game.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
