Rosas needs to get his head out of his ass and do what needs to be done & throw in those picks for Ben.

Dlo
Beverly
Edwards
Simmons
Towns
Please make my dream come true, Rosas!
If Beverly was younger we could run that lineup for years. We just need a sniper off the bench. Wesley Matthews is still out there.

Warriors are out...our main competitor is Hou..but i think they would prefer young player and picks like McDaniels and 1st rders. They would be perfect 3rd team IMO. Morey needs to realize Wall is best win now player he can get at this point. They need Wall to opt in for nxt yr though..he has a PO.

Sixers fan here. Have you seen John Wall play? He sucks. He doesn't have the burst of speed anymore. And he could never shoot. This is what happens when you play for tanking teams. You jack up your stats on bad effiency. But what him play last season. He was not good. So Wall isn't even a win now player.

No prizes for guessing who manages Wall

Well, PHI’s value to the seller has fallen. Morey initially pined for Lillard and Beal, and those options are off the table. He then hoped to get Simmons to come back to PHI, and that option is off the table too. He now faces a $32 mil hole in his roster, giving a guaranteed zero production. In addition, if Simmons is on their roster, every day from Media Day on, every question to every player is going to be about Ben Simmons.
And if you listen to the national news, the buyer market is drying up. Lacob just took GSW off the list, and that removes another from the reportedly small list of teams still considering him. Simmons has been very public about demanding a trade, and any GM a is going to leverage Morey’s deteriorating position into their asking price.

Honest question...
What does that really mean?
I mean, the player has a contract, how is the situation going to evolve if a deal doesn't happen meanwhile?

I can see how a person could think the price for Simmons is falling. I just don't think it necessarily is.
None of what you mentioned is a change from months ago except maybe the Warriors not being interested. Lillard and Beal were never on the table. Simmons was not going to report to camp. I also don't believe the Warriors not being interested for a second. None of that means Morey is going to accept less than he believes Simmons is worth. It's possible I guess.

First Embiid, now Rivers, damage control at its finest.

According to most he has been very good. If he wasn't the Wolves would not have signed his disciple to be our GM.

It's not all on Morey, Doc and Ben's teammates really messed up with their comments and actions. Now it fails false and far too late to be trying to say you value him. They buried him after the playoffs so it shouldn't be shocking to see him respond negatively. The move was to build him up, at least publically, you can lay into him in the locker room or 1 on 1, but to go to the media and clown him? Unforgivable for most, even if his play made those feeling true.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

oh shoot...how r we gonna get simmons w/o a GM? Hope dlo not getting traded..he didn't get a fair shot with towns..both of them are always injured. they could win together. just need the right players around them. beverly and prince, mcdaniels, beasley are good complementary pieces.
