Towns moved into second place all-time on the Timberwolves career rebounding list last night. One night later, he needs just 5 points to pass Timberwolves legend Andrew Wiggins for second place on the all-time scoring list.

He thought Anthony Edwards had more trade value than Towns.

He’s plugged into actual front offices, but I still disagree. What do the rest of you think?

I wouldn't be shocked. Wings have more value than bigs, plus don't forget the potential 9 years of team control versus only 4 years.

That it's even a question tells you how much stregth Rosas could have wielded at the deadline and how much he could have completed this team right now and probably got a 2021 pick as well so they can stop screwing around. That's what he purchased by ruining this season showcasing him. Must not have gotten the elaborate offer he wanted. Instead, Rosas chose the 9 years hoping he can attach the length of his control to that. Can't wait for the day he

Today’s RealGM Radio podcast with Rob Mahoney has a wonderful ten minutes on Karl-Anthony Towns, talking about maximizing elite players.

I wonder if teams are hard doubling because Rubio is on the floor or because they think KAT isn't a good enough passer to make the right read. Either way Finch will have him working on this in the offseason cause with Dlo, Beas, Jaden spotting up and Ant cuting on those doubles will be huge.

I would assume just in general that teams are far more worried about KAT that any other Wolves player offensively.

I could understand that but your leaving 38-40% 3 pt shooters to stop KAT from getting a layup. I want to see them double when we’re healthy

When we’re healthy, I agree with you. But KAT has spent so much time playing with Rubio/ANT/Okogie/Vanderbilt this season that to date other teams haven’t had to worry much by throwing the double team at him. Easily evidenced by all the times we’ve seen KAT pass it to the open man out of this situation only to watch them brick a three. :noway:

I bet teams still double KAT. I just think the Wolves offense looks a lot better when teams are penalized more for doubling KAT.

He probably had it, but he seldom if ever used profanity in YouTubes that I recall seeing.

Well this was technically a Twitch stream. Someone else posted it on Youtube I think, not his personal channel.

That could be, but it was out of character for what I'm used to seeing/hearing from him. Maybe, it's more the real him.
