Vaccine mandates aren’t new. That doesn’t you can’t still disagree with them, but some people seem think this is the first time it’s ever happened. The Supreme Court ruled on vaccine mandates in 1905.

Except that having a say on women's bodies affects no one but women.

Mandating a vaccine restricts people's ability to spread a virus. Spreading a virus affects everyone.

Not the same thing.

I get what you mean tho, I just think that's a poor analogy.

I’m neutral on the abortion topic. I don’t agree that anyone should have a say on what a women decides is best for her but I don’t believe abortion should be an accepted form of birth control, either.

This political bullcrap doesn't belong on this forum. If you're referring to abortion it most certainly affects people other than the woman having one. Post the political bullcrap in a political forum where it belongs.

Grizzlies Convert Yves Pons to Two-Way Contract, Sign Shaq Buchanan and Sean McDermott, Waive Carsen Edwards and Daniel Oturu

I wish we had cap to sign Oturu! Bring him back, Gupta!

Damn Orturu and Coffey are struggling to get play/consistency. Orturu was such a beast for Minnesota, feel bad.

I wonder if people even realize they are being radicalized.

We could release Wright from his two way and sign Oturu as a second two way alongside Knight. I am just unsure whether he is worth it.

I had a long covid-related post written that I thought better of.

Just a couple points:
1. Coercion rarely works out well for those who try it.
2. The covid-hysteria effects on the economy are much worse than most people realize.
A lot of important supply chains and industries are hanging on by a thread or running at half capacity.
The mandate will make it much worse.
I expect 70's style shortages and consumer good inflation slowly emerging over the next couple years.
The inflation is already starting.

The Biden Admin either hasn't thought this through or they are silently praying for the courts to strike it down like they did his immigration policies to save face with the left (they didn't even protest the lower court order re-administering Trump's remain in Mexico asylum policy).

I don’t know, I feel like covid running rampant for years would be worse than any short term effects a mandate would have but I’m no economist.

I do live by a major US shipping port and can count the shipping container vessels from my rooftop, and they are growing by each day so problem won’t be subsiding any day soon.

A vaccine mandate would be incredible for the economy, but we have so many radicalized people in this country, just look at the chaos the caused over mask mandates. Meanwhile a country like Norway is lifting restrictions and doesn’t have the same radicalized people holding them back.

Guys, let's try to keep the focus on basketball. Y'all are doing great at staying respectful so far, but I don't want this to spiral downward.
