I wonder if Scottie could be the solution to the Kevin Durant issue.

We have seen Nurse's schemes bother LeBron, AD, Kyrie, Harden, Curry and many others...except Kevin Durant.

Scottie might just be the player to match that agility and length.
Test 1: Sun, Nov 7 vs Brooklyn!

Mans gonna slap the floor when taking on KD and proceed to get 50 dropped on his head.

Most likely, the man cannot be stopped. He scored 50 on Kawhi at the scotia. He just cannot be stopped

Nick says not to look at Barnes's stats, just minutes.

My guess is 10/5/3/1/1 on 50/30/70 in about 27 mpg

This is pretty much exactly what I was thinking. I think he'll have a lot of games where he doesn't contribute a lot on the stat sheet (6 pts, 4 reb, 2 ast type of nights), but he'll have a pretty big impact most nights. Early in the season especially when he'll likely immediately start off getting significant minutes, I think he'll have a lot of 15/8/5/2/2 type of games which will even out his averages.

I am kinda with the majority in think something around 10/6/4 with a steal and under a block in his first year.

Way back when I was evolving from a casual into a die hard I watched AK47 put up a 5x5 of 10/12/6/5/6. This is what I am excited about when we talk about Scottie's stats, I think he is the type of player who will have more than one 5x5 night along the way. (Only Olajuwon, Dr J and AK47 have accomplished this.)

Would prefer that and play within the flow of the offense opposed to just putting up volume numbers. Although putting up 15/8/5/2/2 games within the flow of the offense as a rookie would be very impressive.

i think he will get more assists than people think on those low contribution nights, he can find guys/actively looks for shooters better than our more .... tunnel visiony guys

Ok but how does one defend a 7 footer shooting a fade away 3? KD is unguardable.
