this has been a 10 minute stoppage and the refs still managed to get it wrong

Doubt it. Looks like a Lou Williams role more than a starting 2. Still major concerns about that spot. I wonder if they eventually go

I see Bazemore as a natural backup for THT.

I think it starts as:

Westbrook, Ellington, THT, LeBron, Davis
Nunn, Monk, Bazemore, Ariza, Howard
Rondo, Reaves, Melo, Jordan
