He'll probably ask himself what was I worried about when he sees how much better his 5G reception is too.

They have suspended its use until later in the year in under 30s in Sweden and under 18s in Denmark. People in that age group are now only getting Pfizer.

Yeah, thanks for posting the link for others.

Until December for now, let's see how this develops.
Not such a safe vaccine though is it, and it hasn't even been 1 year. Side effects can take years to develop/show up.
Imagine already being forced to get it and then they come out and say oops, you know what, lets not do that anymore

Pretty sure they are just being cautious because there are other vaccine options. There was a tiny number of cases of heart inflammation from millions of doses, and pretty much none of the cases were life threatening or long term problems and it is something relatively easily treated. COVID itself can cause heart inflammation as well.

Here in Australia there were less than 20 cases from the first two million doses. They also recommended people here under 50 don't get the AstraZeneca vaccine because a handful of younger people developed blood clots and the Pfizer vaccine was available.

I just had my second AZ in Australia today. I’m under 30 and still kicking. Got some shocking press at the start.

But in Victoria we have basically been in lockdown for 18 months. I wasn’t scared or annoyed about having the AZ, I’m only annoyed that after being in lockdown for so long to chase 0 cases that we are opening up soon with 1,500+ cases a day because it’s all good if we have all been vaccinated

I posted on realgm Celtics a handful of times about how Kyrie is bound to either retire early, or be the next Marbury overseas. He's just a different kind of guy as we've all seen, especially over the past few years. I didn't think it would be because of vaccines, but it's starting to feel like we're getting closer and closer to what I used to joke about.

That's simply not the case, they are just being highly proactive. There is always a miniscule risk with any vaccine, it's about about 1 in 750000 with the measles vaccine (if i remember correctly) of having a severe reaction, but the risks are a tiny fraction of the risks posed by the diseases themselves. The risks can't be transmitted to others, and once enough people become vaccinated the disease is either wiped out or massively contained. Also, there has never been an instance of a vaccine causing side effects years later, I don't know why people worry about that. Covid, we absolutely know for sure, can cause long term health issues, can cause people to spend months in the ER, and can kill.

I feel like the vaccine issues for people are like a fear of flying while happily driving around every day despite the massive difference in the likelihood of an accident.

Scal has always been heavily Republican-leaning and a closet Trump supporter. He occasionally makes comments like this on the air if you're paying attention.

In another recent study, researchers from Emory University and Stanford found that six months after being inoculated with Comirnaty, roughly half of 56 young and middle-aged adults had no detectable neutralizing antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The reduced immunity was particularly dramatic against the coronavirus variants Delta, Beta and Mu.

Now that cases appear to be going down can people STFU about the unvaccinated? How about we start blaming the Wuhan lab? You know the people that actually caused this?

Blaming the Wuhan lab is all fine and dandy, but won't stop the pandemic.

There is no evidence that the unvaccinated are to blame for anything. I’m not talking about stopping it.
