Point of emphasis is to cut out players digging in their heels on offensive players moving up court. It’s a dangerous play, it’s good to change it.

Beasley does look heavy and unathletic. Between jail and injury, I wonder how much time he’s had in the gym over the last six months.

Him and McDaniels have easily been our two worst players over these two games.

its been explained all pre-season they aren't going to call that anymore so that defensive players stop attempting to do it, same with the stuff Trae and Harden do on offense to draw fouls while they are shooting

They did call it though, in Jaden.

Either it’s a no call or an offense foul.

they are going to call it a defensive foul so players stop attempting to do it, and players have been explained that

it doesn't matter whose feet are set or anything

the NBA simply don't want defenders to do it anymore, it is what it is

they've stopped calling the flailing 3pt shooters do to try contact on defenders who are straight up

both are good things

Beas definitely looks a step slow and off. He came into last season in the best shape of the team. Ant looks slow too, he was getting to the rim at will, could just be pre-season 2nd gear though.

Plus, they have spent the vast majority of camp on defense so offense has understandably suffered.
