Man, Bulls is very disruptive defensively and can switch almost at every position. In offense you can't really relax with the ball flying and all players in perpetual off ball motion. Key here is if DeMar can sustain this small ball 4 game defensively to maximize their potent lineup of Ball, LaVine, Caruso, DeRozan, Vucevic

And what a revelation for Green. He fits perfectly as their starting PF

I bought my tickets, pretty pricey to watch lakers vs Bulls. Excited to see the Lakers and ex Bruins and Trojans play plus Caruso.
Some are predicting the Bulls would fail bec they're "poorly constructed", I disagree but we'll see.

After seeing Lakernation on youtube and the type of replies they get ...

Seems like a Lot Laker fans are probably just casual fans and not really Laker fans aka Bron fans.

All good and all, but the replies they were getting

Seems like everyone has given up on the Lakers just from the preseason

I mean geez guys and of course girls you sexy girls.

It's only friggin Pre-Season

Calm the Fook Down

Simmons for Westbrook. Do it, Rob! Neither can shoot the three, one plays defense.
PG: D Lo / Reaves / Vincent(IL) / JHS
SG: Christie / Dinwiddie / Lewis / Mays
SF: LBJ / Prince / Reddish / Windler
PF: Rui / Vando(IL) / LBJ
CTR: AD / Hayes / Wood

Modern era NBA titles:
LAL 11, CHI 6, SAS 5, BOS 5, GSW 4

If that happens, say goodbye to other superstars in the future. They'll look at what we did to Westbrook and never join the Lakers just like how nobody joins the Celtics because of what they did to Isaiah Thomas.

Ok, then. Agreed. Maybe the mystery team is the Clippers?

Good point ...

I did like the idea but then thought about the future as well.

If we all want to trade westbrook either this season or next.

Why not a Buddy Heild type of player? Not sure if Kings would want that though or if numbers match

Kid’s game: would you get a COVID-19 vaccine for 186 million dollars?

Exum let go by rockets. Lakers should try pick him up.

Do we need more guards? We have plenty. He is injury prone as well.

A lot of players are waived within this 2 days. We may wait a little bit more and sign the second 2-way deal. That way, we can still leave the 15th spot vacant for mid-season signing.

I would love Harry Giles III for the 2-way spot. Very athletic forward/Big. He should be able to play through 3-5 ? If he plays good enough, take Jordan's spot later in the season. What he lack is some aggressiveness and a defensive coach to teach him defense.

He's a 3+D SF these days, ideal replacement for THT

Exum's defense may be ok. You sure he has a good enough 3 pointer to be called a 3 &D player?

I reckon as long as we sign someone 6'6" wing or an athletic big, we are versatile enough to deal with the current injury situation with Jame and Anthony both able to play SF/PF position

Hello Lakers fans.

We just picked Devontae Cacok off waivers and signed him to a two-way contract. I've watched a couple of videos on him but am wondering about insights from fans who've seen more of him. What can we expect as a baseline and what has prevented him from sticking with a team so far? Seems like a physical, competitive player. Thanks!

He has a good motor and won’t let you down on rebounding or running the floor with diligence. Unfortunately for him, he was never going to beat out the competition with us when we could get players of the caliber of Dwight, DeAndre, Javale or Gasol on the cheap.
