Not sure what it is, though.

Regarding Ben and the Sixers’ situation?

I do think they’re betting heavy that Dame will be available.

I still strong believe that both Doc and Morey signed with our team in the belief that we would land Harden. They were THAT sure.

I just hope we have a plan if we’re not able to land Dame.

Why move Korkmaz at 3/15? That’s an amazing contact (especially when compared to Shamet).

I'm not ready to say Kork has made a leap. And that comment was also with a projection on a return from a Simmons trade that he may not have a role here.

But they can certainly make room for him. and agreed they did well on his contract after watching Shamet and Huerter get paid.

Makes sense. I admit I am high off the Korklord fumes.

Korklord **** yes that’s a borderline all star with more irrational confidence then Trump. Korkmaz maybe not

Like Harden the better the strip clubs the better he plays.

Go full euro mafia style, the worse the hair and the more bags under his eyes the better he plays lol.

So Portland off to a slow start. Discussion on their board of CJ+ RoCo+filler for Ben. We’ll see how Dame is feeling in December. The SAC board is already debating Fox and Hield. Don’t know if they are potential Morey fallback, but I’d sure be interested.

The funny thing is, it's been Lillard who has struggled for the Blazers, not CJ.

A few of the posters here are big on Coby White's prospects, and it seems like he is *very* gettable. How do you all feel about a trade centered around Coby White for Danny Green?

Cannot imagine the Bulls want to do that.

It works if you add Springer or Shake or Reed.

This is sacrilegious for sure and I don’t like even bringing this up, but as a hypothetical, what could the Sixers realistically get for Joel Embiid if they decided that he was likely to miss more games than play in them from this point on in his career (and the league hadn’t caught on because a major season-ending injury hadn’t happened yet). My heart says hell no, but my brain says “ahh, can’t really refute that is a legit possibility of Embiid sitting more games than he plays for the remainder of his career.”

I’m thinking about the 2022 and 2023 class and the odds of getting a player like Chet or Victor. It would be heartbreaking to trade him, but if he can’t walk two days after an injury already at this point, the odds don’t look good. He’s also our leader but is better off being the second best player in a championship contender and will always be the Alpha in Philadelphia no matter who we bring in.

I think there is a very valid argument to rip it all down and start again.

That being said, the smartest thing to do here would be to tell Jo to get knee surgery and see you in a month or two for rehab.

Then the Ben situation disappears because the Sixers are now stealth tanking. No expectations, no cares, everyone stops talking. Then you can quietly get something done for Simmons either at the deadline or in the offseason. And you continue with Joel leading the way next year.

I don't even think we'd get that much for Embiid lol. Not enough to trade him anyway.

Only thing I could think of was Klay, Wiseman, Kuminga, Moody.

This team isn't serious about winning until Tobias is gone.
