Why are bucks fans still chirping? its a new year. enjoy your fraud title in a covid year where you were the only healthy team. No one one earth thinks the bucks are even a favorite to make the finals again or that they were better then the nets last season.

Thoughts on last nights game...

1) Such an enjoyable game for preseason. usually these are a yawn fest but so many new players to be geeked about seeing. Mills obviously the top of that list. what an absolute steal and he is an elite fit.

2) Jevon Carter & Bembry are Dogs. I love that duo. Last year we didnt create many turnovers. Those 2 seems to get tons of steals and deflections. carter legit presses end to end the entire court every minute he is in the game. and on top of it dude is drilling threes. Bembry scraps and runs. its a great duo,

3) Nic Claxton only seeing 8 minutes and 0 until the 4th when KD not playing a ton and Milsap out is enfuriating. Dude looks to be a sure bet to be buried on the bench unless multiple bigs sit out for rest/injury. Nets need to decide on Blake or LMA at center and the other one is going to need to be on "standby" with claxton backing up the 5. im going to harp on this all year.

4) Mills plays with a ton of energy but also such a high iq. most 6th man gunners dont have the patience or awareness to move the ball when there are better shots for someone else. he gets his, with that gunner mentaltiy, within the team concept. Pops blueprints are all over the dude.

5) Thianasis is a bitch. if this was regular season JJ/Bembry would have ended him. it being not too bad and preseason he got a pass. that entire family is reckless.

6) Harden could stand to shave a couple more lbs. before the season. That or someone needs to wash his jersey on cold instead of hot.

Anyone else impressed with James Johnson and his ability to put the ball on the floor to make plays ? He is a underrated passer and can finish well around the rim. Good defender to. He could be a underrated signing.

Carter obviously stood out . Harden and KD both were not really trying

Not surprising.

Can't wait til the season starts and he misses 4 games in a row right off the bat

The Nets may say they are going to tolerate Kyrie now but give it twenty games in and they will 1. Either buy him out or 2. Trade him whether he wants to retire or not.

I respect his decision but I can’t defend him any longer and boy I wish I could rescind that thread I made defending him from the media. But he allows the media to feed off him some more. I can’t stand his childish antics. KD won’t tolerate this **** into the season and hopefully they trade him for players who give it their all.

The last thing they would do is buy him out. They'd suspend him sooner than they would buy him out.

I caught some of the Bulls Cavs game and Alize looked excellent. Same Alize as with us, plays so hard and a dominant rebounder. Had a quick look at the Bulls board and they all love him.

Not sure whether he'd make our top 12 roster this season, but you can always be happy putting him in on hustle alone. If we had our full big 3 playing last playoffs I think Alize would still be here and with a title.

Haven't really seen any of the ex-nets yet but based on box score DJ looks exactly the same. Start the game, get a -10 +/- and you won't see him rest of the game.

I don't understand why he's missing games and why he's not in shape. The team is acting like he missed a ton of practices. We had training camp in San Diego. He only ended up missing a practice or 2.

And why wouldn't he travel with the team?

I have no idea what is going on anymore. This is a circus.

Not surprised at the sloppy play; new faces and Harden finding a rhythm play a role. But seriously Kyrie needs to leave with no damn pay if he isn’t there for the team.

Not sure what sport Harden was playing that 2nd quarter.

Preseason doesn't matter but there's no way the team should pencil in Blake or LMA as a starter. Neither are good enough to just automatically be above Claxton.

Weird rotations that half. I normally wouldnt care but KD + Harden are playing a decent amount. I don't think these are just junk rotations.

He didn’t pass to KD one possession and got benched for it.

Sounds about right. Good. He needs to learn to pick and choose his spots

Blake looks a lot less hesitant on his 3 point shot. Very nice.

I seriously hope that's not what happened. He scored on the possession on a great move. If we're benching Cam for being aggressive, we drafted the wrong guy.
