because they dont want out of state people to be forced to be vaccinated in order to come due to "states rights" i guess is their logic. The difference between practicing and playing in an arena full of people does make a bit more sense.
the first part i dont like though, player from a state with tons of covid has a higher chance of having it and infecting others than irving whos in a stricter state. I would be more concerned with a player doing a texas road trip then coming to ny than kyrie tbh. maybe im just trippin though
