Related to the topic imho.

Until Harden won't sign his extention, he is on the Morey's market.

Thank to the flat-earther and no-vax Kyrie of course

:) :) :) :)

Maybe Morey might be doing something right after all.

Even if Kyrie sits out, falls off the edge of the flat earth, retires and moves to some small town in Vermont. It doesn't matter. Brooklyn with Harden and Durant are more than good enough to come out of the east. As for trading Simmons for him? I love Kyrie the player, and he is an interesting person, but it's a hard pass for me. He's been trouble everywhere he's gone. As amazing of a player as he is, he can't be trusted and I wouldn't want any part of him. I think this all just BS rumors anyway at this point. I fully expect Kyrie to get the shot or forge some sort of document saying he got the shot and this will all go away. He'll be back in Brooklyn, the Nets will be unbeatable, Durant and company will be playing the Lakers in the Finals and that will be your NBA season. I'm currently more concerned with our team and the budding superstar that we have that goes by the name of Isaiah Joe.

Lol, I just want to follow a normal team for like half a season. It's been so long since the Sixers had an uneventful moment let alone season.

Ben is the only drama in town. And he did it to himself by himself.

I always felt like it was going to happen, but now that it is, it feels so weird.

Go to google and look at winning percentages of general managers since the year 2007

Go to google and look up the Clint Capela and Chris Paul trades which effectively led to the end of the Harden era

Then an hour later, Kyrie gets vaccinated and the Nets obliterate the East.

This is the most likely timeline. Blueball us a to death, and then not give us the satisfaction of, well.... you know.

Morey may be washed but the CP3 trade was owner/Harden led and part of the reason he bailed on them and the Capella trade actually made that roster work better with the lanes being open… they just ran into the champs and COVID

If those are the worse trades on can make then there are worse fates.

Nice. Seeing that Morey is after Harden may get the teams he was talking with to up their offer (like Minnesota offering Edwards, the Kings offering Haliburton, etc.).

Only chance Harden wants out is if Durant suffers some kind of season-ending injury. Can't see him wanting to drag Blake Griffin through the playoffs by himself.

Other than that, I can't imagine an scenario where Harden asks out of Brooklyn.

Harden seems the most normal out of the Sad Boi trio. He can't be having as much fun as he thought he would.

He also seems normal in that he doesn't need to be having fun at work to enjoy his life.

I got more faith in Morey than I do in Ben taking a wide open dunk in the playoffs.

I get it. He's a broken Sixers fan. Hopefully Morey can restore his (and all of our) faith back to this team.

The second he plays I think it puts into play the possibility he’s not moved until next summer. Not that it would be the most likely possibility or anything but there’s a scenario where no star is available, we are to 1-2 seed, the nets don’t look unbeatable without kyrie, and it just makes more sense to go for it this year.
