. On top of that its totally different circumstances. Still the mandate part of getting the vaccine is nothing new.
But I'm not here to argue whether you are for or against vaccine mandates. If Kyrie wants to play then get it. If he doesn't then retire. He's always been me first over team. He wants you to think he wants to take a stand for the people but he really is just taking a stand for himself. He doesn't like being controlled. Just take your stand Kyrie and retire. Let your team move on.
He shouldn't be forced into taking a rushed vaccine.
The same people who told us they would never consider taking a Trump vaccine are the ones now force feeding it down peoples throats. They've made this political from day 1. I don't blame Kyrie one bit.
Ok I see where you stand and I have no interest in arguing that. But Kyrie isn't the only one being forced fed here. Fine, don't blame him. Just retire then.
That is the issue though. Why retire if you don't support these insane mandates? If there was any science behind it then fine, but this is all a fake show.
Its okay for away teams non vaccinated players to come play in Brooklyn, but not for Kyrie? Where is the logic there?
People with the vaccine can get/transmit the virus, but they dont have to be tested? Where is the logic there?
Kyrie can be tested daily and ensure that he is covid free but that isn't acceptable? Where is the logic there?
Why can't he get antibody testing to confirm that he has natural immunity?
Why should he retire because the city of Brooklyn decided to be inconsistent. I'm cashing my checks and sitting at home if I'm Kyrie.
