Who Is The 3rd Best Player On This Team?

I'm curious to see who we pick for the 4-6 spots. I'm pretty sure I know who will get the vote here at #3.

1. Luka Doncic
2. Kristaps Porzingis

THJ, Good off ball scorer, can put it on the floor a little, willing and able to take and make contested shots, he's a 6th man type of guy but on the Mavs he's 3rd best right now.

I think it's very presumptuous to put KP at #2. Not based on last year's playoffs. I'm going to have to see more from him this season before I can put him at #2. I'm not sure KP is #3 either. Definitely not based on last year's playoffs he's not.

It might be Jalen Brunson at #2 and THJ at #3

Personally, I think I'd prefer Maxi Kleber before THJ because of Maxi's flexibility on defense.

The 3 best player is Brunson, in my opinion .. in terms of Basketball skills ... another thing, it would be the 3 most valuable .. and there I go with DFS although I love Dodo and maybe I am not impartial .. THJ I see it as the 3 scoring option, even 2, if it's hot eventually ... Let's say in terms of Trade, outside of Luka and KP (debatable) who would hurt the most, watch him go

DFS, the most consistent competitor until proven otherwise. The Mavs defense is not the same without DFS on floor, at least until now. DFS is more consistent than Brunson, Hardaway and Kleber. The newcomer is unproven and unlikely to get that voice. So it has to be DFS. Maybe the Mavs could find another defensive leader this season. But still, DFS is somewhat 2-way player in making open shots and moving off-ball even when the team struggle to shoot well.

This is the problem of our team... We are talking about 2 defender who allowed 60/70% on the floor in the PO, a shooter who shoots well 3 game of 7 and a 6man who was a no factor against Clips.
Luka is god.

KP is the #2 talent on our team. That only proves how badly we lack real talent on our team. If it wasn't for Luka we would be a top 5 lottery team.

That's true. Yet, if we dial back to the clock to June & go back to game 7 vs the Clippers, you see a Breaking News bulletin along the ESPN crawl. A Mavericks player has been ruled out for game 7. It's not Luka Doncic (Thank God!)

Who is the player you least wanted to see their name show up in that Breaking News bulletin?

It wasn't KP for me. He had virtually been absent the whole series. Probably in that series I would of felt the worse about THJ missing game 7 (even though THJ didn't really show up for game 7 as it was lol).

THJ. I think on a championship team he's more of a 4th option or 6th man but unfortunately we don't have that luxury.

6MOY candidate for sure, but prolly won't win it since the Mavs will be a bottom 4 seed in the West again, lol. Not that I'm upset with that, just that I want them to be a top 4 or even top 3 seed soon.
