wilder put up a hell of a fight, but he's nowhere near as skilled a Fury. Fury is just a beast, Wilder should've gone down way sooner.

Wilder went down? I thought Wilder scored the only two knockdowns of the fight.

lol did you not watch the 11th round? He went down 3 times this fight.

Now I don't know what the freak I was watching. I watched this video on YouTube which is labeled as Wilder v. Fury 3. But I don't think it is.

Crazy fight. Fury is clearly better but Wilder has mad heart. He needs to accept this loss, though, otherwise he will never be the same mentally. He might not be the same physically either. He went out on his shield.

You guys give too much credit to Wilder. Fury's prep has been 3 weeks or something. Had personal problems with his kid, had tough Covid and was overweight. Never wanted the fight either.

Despite all that it was one side beatdown. Deontay would have never dropped even 70% of fully operational Tyson as in the fourth. That was some uncharacteristically sloppy D from Fury which usually won't happen.

I'm impressed that he stood up to the challenge and didn't give up but come on. He didn't show anything different. Punching air as usual.

I got snookered.  Thanks man, much appreciated. I'm watching the highlights of the real "3" right now. Ugh.

EDIT: Okay. So where does Wilder go from here? I think he needs to step away for a while and see if he wants to come back one day. What's the point of continuing to fight?

In this era, the only man that can beat Tyson Fury is the man in the mirror.

Usyk but he is too small. Only way Fury loses is if he gets bored and doesn’t commit to training or if his mental health gets in the way again.

Did y’all see Wilder’s left ear AGAIN after the fight? He might have some permanent damage now.

Fury’s power is underrated. Not in a classic power puncher’s sense, but he has a ton of weight behind those big short rights he throws that he consistently lands on the ear/temple.

Usyk does feel undersized for him, which is ironic because I think the most interesting style match-up would be Andy Ruiz (not that he'd win just a fun match-up skills and approach wise).

I'd have loved to see a technician like Lennox Lewis deal with Fury's movement and diversity. A Klitschko jab vs Fury would be cool for a study session too.

What sucks about this one is I felt Rockhold was a live bet here. That could be more to do with me disliking Strickland (kind of an a-hole, brags about wanting to kill someone in a fight)...but I don't like Rockhold either. So I chalk it up to Rockhold having kicks to control range and the threat to takeover in any ground situation.

...honestly, this is a match-made in heaven for Kevin Holland. Both guys talk all fight long and love to strike. But I think Holland already re-booked Daukaus so we're robbed of that fun.

I bet you'd dig some straight muay thai/kickboxing events. Maybe a One card that mixes the rules up or a stacked Glory joint.

Definitely. If it’s on regular cable TV or on YouTube, give me a heads up.

In this video, we examine the question “Who is the biggest douche bag in the UFC, Jon Jones or Conor McGregor?
