Preseason Game Thread – (#4) Celtics @ Heat: 6:30PM, Fri, Oct. 15, 2021

I don't think he's making our squad, but I think Pinson is at least a pretty interesting player. He'll probably be on somebody's roster this year.

after a slow start by Miami they are treating this like a playoff game (in terms of their rotation, their intensity, player's body language, etc.)

still struggling to beat us missing 4 of our top guys. if this is their playoff play, I'll be happy.

I like the way this team competes better than the teams of the last two years. Certainly more than last year.

that drive towards the end when Tatum went 1 on 4, was out of control, and threw up a wild shot at the rim with a bunch of defenders all over him. oh god, that game me post traumatic flashbacks to the miami playoff series in 2020.

With that being said, Tatum would be less likely to force it if he had better teammates. He'll have better teammates once we have more of a full roster.

-Schroder and Langford hit tough shots over defenders at the rim, but tatum misses a tough shot over a defender at the rim.

To me he seems good enough to be somebody's 15th guy, but if he'll take a 2 way from us,I am good with it. Looks like Ime likes him better than Mathews.

I think he has a much better all around game. Matthews is pretty much a shooter.
