it's a question of getting used to it.

That's a great stat on the stepbacks, if the 35.7% is correct.

No dribble? Spot up shooting? Someone posted a stat that he only had 23% of his 3pt shots last year assisted. Even less would be spot ups. I'd like to know the sample size on that stat. Because no shooter is better off the dribble than they are spot up for catch & shoot.

It's like Josh Green's 16% on only 25 3PA last year. Sample size is too small to make any definitive conclusions.

Luka's shooting splits,

Edit: You have to change to 2020/21, Regular season. I don't know why but, when you copy link, it goes automatically to 2022 season.

Josh Green sample size might be small, but on the other hand he's constantly shooting bad, regular season, G-league, preseason, and maybe even more important not enough, because he obviously doesn't trust in his shooting. Being afraid of shooting is the worst thing for young player.

He shot well in college, bulking up hurts shooting, happened to better shooters before, it may be wishful thinking, but I think there's a chance, he regains it, it's a game of confidence and maybe he restores his confidence.

Ntilikina, easily. Imagine that the Mavs need a Dame, Curry. Booker stopper, the Mavs could only have Ntilikina on the floor. But the problem is Ntilikina should be able to keep defense honest.

You demand too much on Luka.
The problem is the rest of the team.
He is doing a lot of things on their own, shooting, dribbling... But really his play is different, when he has smart and good players next to him, you will see his true version.

You shouldn't concern about Luka 3p shots, if not in the rest of the players all of them role players.

He's got one, just not that great when going to his right. It could be better too, but I think he should first focus on his FT shooting tbh.
