This. Michael was a super star, best last pass player only behind Messi. Brian was a great scorer. Both much better than De Boers.

+2
They are my favs as well. Watching Michael play was just breathtaking, pure magic. Definitely one of the most underrated soccer players of all time. Brian was amazing as well. Neither did reach his full potential though.

Also, I'd like to mention the Grbic Brothers Vladimir and Nikola. Back in the days I really enjoyed the volleyball tournament at the Olympics and they were my favorites.

An honorable mention shoutout to Manny, Felipe, and Jesus Alou from the Dominican Republic, three brothers all in MLB at the same time, playing for 14, 13, and 14 years.

Have to admit I never saw them pitch.

I mentioned them above, but what holds them back is that Paul's career was so short. IIRC he was poised for greatness for about his first 2 seasons, then went down with injuries.

I remembered John & Patrick McEnroe as being a better doubles team than they were. Patrick's only Grand Slam win came with a different partner, and they only went 3-1 in Davis Cup play.

Returning to the Heidens:

If we go by peak, Eric is the speed-skating GOAT.

Beth was a skating bronze medalist, a HOF bicycle sprinter, and a dominant Masters cross-country skiier.

I'd take Giannis and one of his brothers over the Gasols, tbh.

1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later

4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Pau and Marc Gasol.

Both two of the best bigs of the last 20 years.

Both were a part of one of the greatest trades in Laker history

Both have a ring

Steffi Graf is the only other contender for GOAT.

Definitely the most tragic story about brothers. Kevin is the only one still alive.

They def have a case for best siblings over the Mannings.

Others not mentioned just for interest:
Busch brothers for nascar
Reggie and Cheryl miller
Abe siblings for judo won gold the same year 2020 Olympics
I'm sure figure skating pairs/ice dancing has some notable siblings

Dope someone mentioned the Busch brothers never thought this forum would mention that lol. Terry Labonte and Bobby Labonte too for nascar
