Patty was hitting some ridiculous threes. Honestly, he was the only guy that came into this game ready for battle. everyone else was BS'ing.

It causes too many mis matches, even if they get the stop they are out of position for rebounding and give up offensive rebounds. All of the rebounding issues and defense miscommunications is from this switching defense.

where's DAntoni when you need him?
It'll take time for Nash to figure out rotations, we've had a lot of roster changes outside of the core. No Kyrie makes this much more challenging than it would have been. That being said, Nets were sluggish the entire night tonight. Bucks continued to dominate us on the boards despite us playing a big lineup, and then we were getting killed in transition, even off our own makes. That cannot happen.LedZepp007 wrote:GG. Harden reminded me of why he scares me so much and Durant was Durant. Nash’s rotations were puzzling, but I’m sure he will figure it out at some point. Jesus Lord, the Mills pickup was genius

Patty is what Harris wishes he could be.

I mean, Harris is pretty damn elite as a shooter. shot 60% from three tonight. he had some bad playoff games in big spots. but overall he has been about as good as you could possibly ask for. He is being drastically overhated on.

The issue is, you can't just use a switching defense if the personnel isn't right for it. LMA in switching defensive schemes is not going to work, he's going to have to drop back and the guard will have to get through the screen. if its claxton out there, yes, switch everything.
We should be showing different looks on defense as is though. switches, traps, zone up
TheNetsFan wrote:I disagree with the flagrant call. Yes LMA's leg was out a bit, but Middleton's momentum carried him forward over 3 ft. It's not like he was a straight up and down shooter
