Watching the GS/Lakers game. Well, at least we don't have Wiggins anymore. :)

My most hated team (GSW) playing my next least favorite (Lakers,) watching a bit of this and having some very mixed feelings rooting for the Lakers. Honestly I just keep hoping everyone tears their ACLs. Maybe one of them flies into Klay and takes him out for the rest of the season. Anything to weaken these teams and get the Wolves that much closer.

Man it feels good to have the NBA back. I love having games on and running highlights late at night.

 That shouldn't struck me as funny but it did. I get the point and agree fully.

 I felt the exact same way! Felt a little guilty about it too, so I really appreciate hearing I’m not the only one!

Sucks is a bit harsh. I do think he is a bit overrated. Still, he is more of an asset than liability. That said, not having Kuzma and Harrel might do more harm than good.

The statement speaks for itself. If you want reasons why I hate them. The list is very long but I will give you 1 per team. GSW has corrupted Basketball by willing paying more in tax then we pay in payroll. It not only destroys the integrity of every game they play, but it puts the league on a trend toward crazy money and will ruin the league the same way baseball is ruined by big money vs little money teams. For the Lakers, they stole AD from the Pels and got away with it. They tried a rebuild after years of success with Kobe and then they said F*** it and traded the youth movement to build a super team with Lebron. It only happens because of the market and it also degrades the league. Lebron stole AD from a small market after ditching Cleveland and both teams got destroyed. Finally, the lack of talent on two western conference teams do to injury helps the wolves.

Warriors played like crap but still hung in there and won. It's early so won't read much into it but the Lakers might be in trouble. Warriors may actually be good again if Klay comes back and is 80 percent of what he was.

Lakers didn’t have a rhythm in the second half. Lebron basically kept making tough shots to keep them alive. Rus is to eager to drive and hasn’t found his place in the offense yet. The sad and simple truth is that when two teams play poorly, one team plays a little less poorly. GSW has issues, but if Wiseman and Klay move the needle suddenly their ridiculous payroll is worth it.

I miss Bjelica... I was his big fan when he played here, I still think that KAT-Bjelica-Butler-Wiggins-Tyus lineup could have been killer lineup. But it was too bold for Thibs

Bjelica is a monster if he gets a little advantage on his defender, which is hard for him to get because of his slow 1st step. But solely by the virtue of Curry's gravity and GSW offensive scheme, Bjelica gets a little advantage to attack the paint in many situations. This is why he'll have his career year on the Warriors this year, and both the Kings and the Wolves will look stupid for not 'unleashing' him, when in reality the truth will be that the reason Bjelica wasn't a monster prior to GSW is that there is no Steph Curry on the Kings nor the Wolves.

And lol @winforlose rant

Lebrons entering that Tom Brady tier where he’s gonna be 37 in a few weeks and get better when he’s supposed to be declining.

Not sure how I feel about the nets and lakers…2 of the favorites. If this was 2012 their teams would be so stacked.

So much melo hype but he’s clearly washed up. Westbrook is young enough to come around but when he’s bad, he’s really bad. Bucks look like a machine with no players over the hill.

It's an interesting story. The NBA never plays out exactly how you would think, that's why we play the games. Lakers and Nets could still be elite but its shaky right now.

Bucks did look phenomenal. They totally have the championship swagger in game one. Can they keep it up all season? If so they will be extremely hard to beat.
