I think at times in the preseason roles were clashing and it's going to take a sec before these guys realize where they fit in the offense. At times derozan took control like he was the number 1 here when quite honestly he number 3 behind lavine and vooch. I also felt ball at times wasn't as aggressive offensively as he was the 1st couple of games. He needs to not over pass and keep the defense honest by knocking down a few outside shots early.
I think DeRozan is critical to the Bulls success. The advanced stats say he is the best iso player on the Bulls and the eye test says that as well even tho his jumper wasn't falling in the first half of the Memphis game. I expect to see him getting last shots because he turns it less than Levine, gets to the line more and, well, that's his game. and the Bulls will be a better team for it because LaVine can spot up for open shots when the defense collapses and that suits his game as well.
