No, he's a bad shooter because that is all he's shown so far. There would have to be some period to show Nesmith as being 'on' for us to suggest that he is now 'off'. Maybe he's just a bad shooter, as the stats have shown so far.
really?? he shot 35% as a rookie with sporadic playing time, which is near league average or better. But shot well over 40% for most of the second half, coincidentally when he actually played consistently. including playoffs. Killed in the simmer league again shooting near 50%, but misses in his first 2 games therefor he can't shoot?

That's not league average. The league shot 36.7 from 3 last year. It's fine if you think he's going to be a good shooter, but so far he is not. But actually now I see he shot 37 pct from 3 as a rookie so what do I know. I just would like to see him prove he can shoot well before I say either way.
