Ugly finish. We gotta get some better late game attacks. Westbrook setting screens is great but he can’t look to make the dump off pass every time.

We were lucky we shot the hell out of the ball. Morant was also probably lucky he hit as many threes as he did. However, give that dude some credit. Big time baller. His season ended because he couldn’t hit an outside shot. You can tell he used that as fuel all off season and he’s come out an absolutely dynamic, stone-cold killer. Respect.

That final Lakers time out could have cost the game. There was ZERO reason to call it. Just inbound it to AD/Melo/Monk and let MEM foul.
Instead, Lakers are out of time outs. If Ja makes that last free throw with 2.5 seconds left, We can't advance the ball.

I get it from Bron. He went up on the all time scoring list so why not let him try to cherry on top it. Plus AD, Bron had took shots at icing it and missed and they gave it to Russ more than once and he looked to pass it instead.

I don't know what is worst if the structure as a team that Pelinka had made or the rotations and roles of Vogel. DJ and Bazemore starting just seriously man at least you have something similar as a starting caliber in the 19/20 with Bradley being the defender of the star welp he choose Bazemore. And DJ the guy is washed and has been an horrible defender since Dallas at least probably with the Clippers too and you sign him as a starting center. Smh..

Now this type of production is what we're expecting with the starting 5 and the bench. Of course not a nightly explosion from Melo but leading the 2nd unit in scoring

The NBA hates us and always have. We have won the most championships despite it. The refs are going to screen us regularly. Thankfully we have the talent to win despite them.

Hearing an interview, it sounded like Melo didn't want to join unless he was "wanted" by LeBron. This year, LeBron said he wanted him to join. It was clear Melo was always the better offensive player.
