-15 rebound differential.
Forget the missed shots, that right there is what the alarm bells are ringing for.

The size of the Pelicans inside is crushing tonight. Pelicans looking great and poised. Terrible game I did not like the energy from the start.

The paint is packed because no one can hit a shot. Graham getting by Dlo at will. This is sooo ugly.

The problem with this team isn’t the rebounding, it’s the shooting. If the shots goes in, everything will fall into place. Rebounding just keeps the game closer until they fall prey to a team by the end of the game with better shooters. Besides they got great activity players already that should be able to rebound.

One game it may be, but this is a disastrous performance IMO.
We needed to make the most of all the winnable games in this soft start to the schedule. Not to mention that the beating we've copped on the boards from the Pels is something we're going to have to deal with until we actually manage to obtain some size from somewhere.
There's going to be some disappointed posters in here based off of the pre-season predictions

Shots won't fall every night, it's going to happen.
Giving teams multiple second chance opportunities offensively is not sustainable, especially when your shot isn't falling or you're in a closely contested game. Rebounding is indeed a massive problem.

The game can be bad but Pels didn't let you obtain a W and let them 0-4 without fighting.
I already expected a L, this back to back are tricky and we are not above the Pels team.

Re: Game 3: New Orleans at Minnesota , 7 pm, BSN
Things we need to work on.
1. KAT has to reign in his emotions/outbursts. That stuff will lose you games, channeling at the refs is just a horrible way to go.
2. Got to get our shooting/offense up.
3. Got to get back to playing with energy on defense. We don't have to be number one in the NBA but we got to be respectable.
That should be the focus of the practice and gameplan. Win or lose tonight that has to be addressed. We cannot afford to lose games in this fashion to teams that are depleted. It's one thing if they just beat you in a contest game but to get destroyed like this? Unaceptable.

This!
Rebounding is the equivalent of finishing on defense.
Missing a rebound is just as bad as missing a layup.

Yea the bigs issues is looking worse and worse. We should be combing the league/world for bigs who can board and play big. There has to be someone who can fill on some minutes for us.

Edwards one-man show right now. Just got to get stops. Valencunius is basically able to do what he wants right now so going to have to be careful with how we play him.

No wins a gimme, I get that entirely.
But if we're legit we need to take advantage of some of these soft match-ups IMO, especially given that we're going to cop some hard road trips later as a result.
Mind you, I seem to have p!ssed Ant off, so let me reinforce that we're no chance from here and this play is unsustainable....
