This system sucks after 5 years of using this I've yet to ever get in early enough to get good tickets if I'm even able to get them.

I had good luck with regular season tickets through this, of course its much easier to get tickets when you have 81 to choose from opposed to 2.

Well supposedly it's completely random so the guy who came in at 9:03 has as good as a chance of someone who was there at 8:30

I have one window open but there's **** seats left. I got bleacher seats for both games one and two but I can't buy anymore.

I HATE THIS
I had both my computers on since before 9 a.m. and I get no chance to buy tickets probably because some reselling site has a stupid system where they get 75% of the waiting rooms and force Cub faithful to either pay ridiculous resale amounts of money for terrible seats or watch it at home. You should feel blessed to get any time of seats, BLESSED

I hear you. I'm debating whether to snatch up single seat tickets and then selling them off, but the thing is, I don't know how much of a market there will be for that.
