What about away games?
Away teams are exempt from the rules that Kyrie is dealing with.

As I understand, JI can play all away games EXCEPT to those cities/states under restrictions like NY/BKN?

Why do you even care what athlete thinks in first place ? I'll never get worshiping of athletes ( or even worst, celebrities and singers ) in general. Difference between you and one Lebron James comes from fact that one was born as "zero point one percent genetic" athletic outliner being 6'9, low bodyfat , motoric ability, durabilty , coordination . And other is you. Without any of it.
Sure sure hard work and all other buzzwords that mean little. Reality is rather ugly one, he (and most of them ) was born with body to become zero point one percent -athlete, you weren't. That's doesn't make him, or any other pro athlete political opinion any more valuable ( or less valuable ) than yours. So why do you care?
People got so cought up into this Isaac opinion that it's hilarous. You think vaccination is saving lifes? Good, take vaccine. If he doesn't, good, let him do whatever he pleases. IF that ends up costing him money and career (like it seems to be doing to Kyrie Irving) ,again, it's his decision , not yours to make. If he feels like going to talk shows and talk with people who share same opinion views, good for him. Jason Collins was nba nobody and went in public to say he is gay. Over next couple of months he was popping out of every talking show that is left wing or supported left wing. CNN, Oprah, ABC news , you name it, he was there. And Jason Collins from basketball perspective was equivalent of 14th man in rotation on bad team.
They get calls to those shows because it helps spread agendas, they use world-wide athletes worship to do their "wink wink--see XY is famous and he thinks just like us, it means we are right -wink wink".

It was said during media day that he is unvaccinated. Do not get that confused with him not having immunity. He had Covid and therefore have the same immunity (antibodies) that he would get if he got vaccinated.

Same for Chuma, his injury doesn't seem serious he looked fine moving around on IG yet he continues to sit and they say nothing about when he might come back.

For how long though? Got covid AND got vaxxed... and i cant expect my immunity to last for even half a year.
But... with what happened to me after I got vaxxed im just gonna say, its your body your choice your consequence so you cant blame anyone else.

They always repeat the same statement, " we don't want to put a timeline on any injury".Knightro wrote:Moving away from the vaccination talk, I do find it a little frustrating that we don't even get broad updates on Isaac or Fultz.
I understand why they would prefer to not put a firm timetable on things, but this shroud of secrecy that Weltman insists on having is just a little goofy. It doesn't feel like any sort of competitive advantage.
RookieStar wrote:Exactly.. im pro-vax. Im all for us trying to get back to our normal lives pre-covid. However I will also be the one to admit there are a lot of unknowns, mistakes and misinformation about this. And as I said, with what happened to me after my 2nd dose, i cant fault anyone anymore with their decision on their bodies.
So to JI, if he doesnt get vaxxed and he doesnt hurt our team with it then why not? So what if he has his own locker room, dining place, sitting in the baggage area in the plane, etc etc. let him deal eith the consequence.
