At least the Lakers are starting to get what they expected from Russ. His weaknesses were known coming into the season, but he wasn't even playing to his strengths. Starting to get to that more as he gets comfortable.

He's gotten to the rim at will, very encouraging.

I really like Monk. He's got enough off dribble juice to do stuff against bench lineups and he's not scared to shoot. Good role player
