Just wanna see more Barnes with the ball. Still too much ball pounding setup from the guards. Reversing more of the action where Fred ends with possession instead would lead to a bit more creativity maybe. Just feels like the bigs are rushing a bit too much at times.

That Raptors defense as a collective was nice to watch.

what a great game. everyone who complained about Nick's rotations should apologize tonight. all kids all the time!

also, would all the needless OG skeptics please stand up and eat your extra large serving of crow? as if OG can't average 20. he's just getting going. and what a crazy stat line. 25/3/3/5/1 wow.

meanwhile Scottie 'the terminator' Barnes just doing ROY stuff with 18/7/7 and 2 blocks on another 50% shooting night. what can this manchild not do?

and then there's Dalano 'night train' Banton ripping up the streets with his reckless yet totally in-control bursts of fearlessness and lightspeed decision making, to say of nothing of his first TWO swished NBA 3s straight out of wtf!

and then there's freddy 'the streak' van vleet. everyone shoud realize by now that senior man is the streakiest athlete on the planet. when he's cold he's ice cold. but when he's hot...he goes nuclear. and 26/10/6/1 is one hell of a stat line for the shortest guy in the game.

all in all our defensive intensity is 100% as advertised. we are shutting the people the f up. quinn buckner is the Pacer's colour announcer and he couldn't stop talking about our length and speed and how much we were messing the pacers up every which way. same stuff scal was saying against Boston. tonight we had 18 steals, second most in the season so far.

Pascal's return, along with another long 3+D dude in Yuta, is going to make us that much better. scary. very very scary. once all these new raw guys start to figure out how to play together comfortably then look out. add in a hungry af pascal and i would not want to play us. n o s i r r e e.

Also helps that Nicky let Goran sit.

I was thinking, in a few years will we be debating, Barnes or Banton?

Barnes has that gear where he can dominate for a 5 minute stretch. Just needs to harness it even more through out the season.

Indiana really seemed resigned to their fate early, right after Brogdon went down.

It was good to get the win, not much of a measuring stick though.

Good thing Nick is already forgoing the Tragic experiment. Much more structure on offense and defense.

He might gamble for steals just a bit too much but his defense and effort has been great

Yeah, Trent's defense has been great this year. No complaints there.

I'm sure I'm remembering this right. In preseason Scottie showed a lot of promise but I remember thinking, and posting, I wish he'd dunk more. Someone replied, he's not explosive. But now he's dunking in traffic, finishing strong to go along with his nice touch. He IS explosive.
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.
