PG: Close, but no cigar

Ugh.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

No play should ever be drawn up for DeRozan to shoot a contested 20 foot jump shot, wtf?

We fought hard. Thats a loss on the record, but its a win in so many other ways. Character. We have it.

Nothing more embarrassing than an airball on a GW.

We deserved to lose.

Bad defense, rebounding, and effort for 46 minutes.

Derozan sometimes seems to decide he's going to shoot on a possession. It looked like that was one of them.

No moral victories this year. Wins or losses.

Considering how Vooch ran to the corner I'm almost certain DeRozan was supposed to the hand the ball back to Zach and space out so Zach could attach the basket.

Billy D needs to do a better job with his rotations in games like this. Was not happy with his timeouts. Was letting the Knicks slowly creep away without ever calling a timeout to kill momentum.

If Vuc is going to be out there, we need to use him. Lavine and Vuc had a good thing going on. They were doubling our guards... Need to run pnr and pnp all day against that. They were literally asking us to do it and we didn't do it. Was buckets all night.

This team needs a Daniel Thies type player soooo bad. They don't grow on trees, but we need to find one somewhere.

GUARDS NEED TO BOX OUT. Been a problem all season. Especially Zach when he is along the baseline. He's just ball watching.

Classic Thibs team tonight. Sad the Bulls didn't have it in them to match that intensity KNOWING how the Knicks would come out. Especially in the third quarter.

Final point... Glad we made that interesting in the end. Shows the team has heart. Hopefully they take this very PERSONALLY.

I’m not afraid of the Knicks at all lol. Especially knowing how Thibs teams tend to burn out.
I'm not here to argue.

The Knicks shot the ball better, outrebounded and outcoached the Bulls, yet we competed and managed to make a game of it. There is something to be taken from that.

This roster still needs time to gel and add a piece or two. Frustrating loss, but this is going to take time.

We're better than the Knicks. Shots didn't fall, calls went the other way, we missed many defensive rotations and gave up offensive rebounds, and still only lost by one.

On to the next game.
Constantly underwhelmed by the Bulls.
