Vooch bought the extra defender. DeMar would have have a better shot if Vooch wasn't also on that side of the floor

Lavine gets mugged and isn’t getting calls he just needs to realize what’s happening and play through it

100% we deserved that loss, that being said, when we figure out how to play the knicks have to be scared of us. This game makes me believe we are better than I expected. Beating up bums means nothing to me.

This roster still needs time to gel and add a piece or two. Frustrating loss, but this is going to take time.

Unfortunately we are going to get outrebounded every night because of poor roster construction.

We lost a one-possession game to a legit playoff team, after fighting back from a deficit.

If you're gonna have a meltdown about this, you're wrong. It's a long season.

That said - our halfcourt offense needs to be better, our rebounding needs to be better, and if we aren't going to get any other interior defender in the near future, Tony Bradley needs more minutes.

Hope PWill is ok.

Billy didn’t go to Bradley soon enough. That allowed the Bulls to get some traction in the game.

They really were, especially in the first quarter.

Still, this is going to be a fun match up and I’m rooting for these two to see each other in the playoffs. I haven’t seen the crowd but this involved in the game from tip off right to the end in some time.
Why so serious?

Outrebounded again. 11 to 5 on offensive board, 3 were from Bradley in 6 mins of play.

All in all.....yes we fought hard and came back but we still got outcoached for 45 of 48min of the game.

I really hate how we defended the Ballscreen and this, including rebounding, have been an issue from the beginning.

However.....really depressing to loooose this one.

Good night everybody. I have to cry myself into sleep now ^^

Also leaving Kemba and Fournier wide open for threes in the first half and third quarter. Could’ve been the difference in the game.

PS Not a excuse, but I am still pissed about the refs not giving us the clear path foul like wtf was that!?

Their defense just took the Bulls out of sync completely. The Bulls got stops towards the end and came back.....that's how it is when they play playoff teams.

Unless Lavine or Vuc or Derozan just goes off like crazy.

We were outplayed by a better team, our execution has to better if we wanna win more games over stronger teams than the Knicks. And we need a big body who can help in improving our defense.

whatever that play was it needs to become a staple of the bulls sideline plays so players can trust each other

NBA fan logic we need to trade one of two best players because (Player X) one needs to shine more.

DASMACKDOWN wrote:You cant win every game but I was satisfied what I saw. We are certainly going to be a tough playoff team for sure. And I know at some point AKME will get us basement bin bigs around mid season.

Knicks played a great game and we had a meh game and only lost by the last second. I will take it.

We need to make some adjustments but this was a great practice test to what we might see in the playoffs.

Why wait until mid-season? It is costing us games now.

Actually a really good game despite some haggard play throughout by the Bulls. And they waited maybe a minute or two long to pick up intensity and get back into the game. And really bad final shot there; he should've passed it back or gone straight up with it. Well, ish happens.

But yeah, not scared of the Knicks in a series and Bulls played below their skill tonight.

Time to start another win streak with the next one!
