Because you are saying dragic is a good creator and gets in the lane to create when that hasnt been the case lol. Delano’s done a lot more creating in a fraction of the minutes. The team was struggling when dragic was running pg off the bench and our offense was stale. Its not so difficult to see that.

Please re-watch the game, even league pass has the scoring of Dragic that highlight his scoring ws in the lane and half of them at rim.

The team was struggling because they can't finish, and we lacked size at SF.

Please re watch entire year. Banton has been much better at creating off the bench than dragic, thus why he didnt play last game. He so far has been a terrible fit im SL and bench for what we need.

Please stop talking about Banton, the topic has been Dragic, particularly you claimed that he can't get to the lane, which is NOT TRUE.

My argument was two fold; one that dragic is a poor creator and cant get in the lane cuz hes too small and not quick enough (which everyone can agree on that if they are watching the games; and two, how Banton has been better than him at creating/providing energy and quickness, thus why Nurse opted to swap last game and will likely do again tonight.

Not sure what's so difficult to comprehend but you clearly are not watching dragic properly. You were wrong about Trent and you're wrong about this one. Give it up lol

I didn't re-watched the full game against the Bulls, but these are the plays where Dragic got to the rim or inside the paint (not including transition nor initiating set play):
Q1 2:40 - At rim attempt that was fouled, 2 free throws
Q1 1:18 - PnR with Birch, pocket pass to Birch who got cut off and pass to wide open Mykhailiuk at the corner with Caruso running at rim, then swing to wide open VanVleet who attacked the closeout and pass to the open Birch and scored at rim
Even Jack was saying "He is so good, get into the defense, change of pace, and he kind of leans towards you drawing the contact ..."
Q2 10:35 - PnR with Birch, missed at rim layup attempt

Q4 11:35 - PnR with Birch, sends to wide open Barnes who missed the 3
Q4 9:10 - PnR with Birch, pull up 10 feet from the paint and got fouled, 2 free throws

Those are the evidence, what do you want to say more about him not getting to the lane now?

You are just writing P and R plays lol. This isn't really creation. You would hope a PG and run one. Watch the rest of the games, he isn't creating anything. If you watch Banton, he's getting into the lane with ease, Dragic does not and the offense is has been stalemate. Dragic cannot create and is too slow at this stage of his career, especially for what we need off the bench, Banton right now is providing more.

I don't care what way people get into the lane, my evidence shows he got to the lane, makes defense rotate, draw foul and get open shots for his teammates.

I think Banton plays well, and his ability to defend SF really fits our team, but that doesn't mean the issue is Dragic. I think the value of Dragic is high, he is definitely able to create from PnR, get to the lane. I am not expecting we trade him for peanuts with his ability to break down defense, at least not what you claim to be.

You are not going to get a positive value contract in return for trading a 36 year old point guard who is on his last legs, making $19 million this season.

Depends how you define positive value.

Last year, I believe there are teams regret not trading for Lowry.
We also did similar trade for Gasol, that really puts us over for the championship.
I think it is still unknown, but as long as Dragic can play and stabilize the bench with his PnR (plus better shooting), I think he has market.

Other than the fact that the players are older, there's nothing else in common between the Gasol, Lowry and Goran scenario. Gasol and Lowry are players who were still top tier point guards and C respectively in those scenarios, Goran is barely a top 30 PG at this stage in the game. The team had to trade JV, who is a very productive player to get Gasol, there's not going be anyone remotely close to that caliber of player as JV in a trade for Dragic.

As reported, the best player speculated in trade scenarios for Dragic, by the only team that is open to trading for him is Dwight Powell, who I am hearing isn't really on the table either because Cuban is a fan of him.

It's really tough. I'd love to have Barnes continue to start because I think you need him to develop alongside Siakam and OG. FVV is not going anywhere and I don't want Barnes at C. So that would take out Trent. But I get the argument for Trent in the SL. I'd take out both Precious and Scottie and run the following:

FVV/Banton
Trent/Svi
OG/Barnes
Siakam/Boucher or Yuta
Birch/Precious

Tons of touches for Barnes and Banton in that lineup and then you can mix and match as fit on a game by game basis as the game goes on.

Because i’m watching him and he isnt lol. Again, Not sure what ur watching. There is a reason why Banton played over him. Stop looking at just simple p and r’s that are going nowhere. The offense is not going anywhere when he’s in. Its simple.

You are not going to get a positive value contract from trading a 36 year old point guard who is on his last legs, making $19 million this season.

We shall see near trade deadline. Would someone like Memphis or New Orleans need a backup PG/SG? We shall see at that point.
As for Dallas, maybe they can send a pick to OKC for Dragic buyout and pay us separately. There are a lot of ways to get a deal done.

Please watch the Q1 2:40, that is not PnR.

Also, Jack was saying that on TV, so you are disagreeing with me and Jack?
Lol, just funny that you are still not giving up with evidence provided, while you just talk with nothing to support you. What is your evidence in "Dragic cannot create", "is too slow"? Nothing brother.

Because i’m watching him and he isnt lol. Again, Not sure what ur watching. There is a reason why Banton played over him. Stop looking at just simple p and r’s that are going nowhere. The offense is not going anywhere when he’s in. Its simple.

So you disagree with Jack on TV? Any support instead of "I'm watching him..."?

Lol
No body agrees with you. He isnt a creator. So yes. Watch him. Its that simple. You just cant admit you’re wrong just like saying “gary trent is awful, terrible defender” lol

Go back to bed.

Lol, please ask the question, you disagree with Jack on TV? He said otherwise. Or maybe draft ear where you can only listen to one side and claim No body agrees with me? Lol.

Lol
Ask why nurse is playing banton over dragic last two games.. (which is what really counts, not a broadcaster lol). He’s playing him cuz dragic couldnt create anything and banton has, especially with his drives. Stop spinning yoir wheels
