Conley is sitting out the back to back and should be ready for the Bucks tomorrow. With Chicago guards Lonzo Ball and Zach LaVine both being pretty tall, I don't mind seeing Ingles start at PG to give us some size on the guard line. Go Jazz!

If the Jazz could make an outside shot, they'd be running away with this game.....

Tony Bradley has been looking like a credible backup.

Forrest getting a chance now. Butler might be below 10% fg% for the season after this game.

Clarkson shooting 0-for-10 in the 1st half probably cost us the game. Jazz could have easily had a double-digit lead early.

I would say that Clarkson needs to get yanked early when he's having this kind of night, but there is no credible alternative in the roster right now as the team is just lacking depth. Some players are just too green, others are starting to look like dead weight. I almost can't believe I'm saying this but I wouldn't mind Exum right now, despite all his limitations.

As expected, the Jazz are still having problems against teams with many guards and forwards. Not the end of the world, losing this one, but the Jazz should take note (pun intended) and draw their own conclusions about what needs to be done. Just don't expect a 35 year old Rudy Gay to be the answer, especially on defense.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

Jazz shot like poop and the Zebras called the game like crap also. Hard to win when it's 5 on 8.

Based on how Exum looked in the Olympics, I would be interested in getting him for some spot defensive help, but at the same time, it is somewhat disconcerting that Houston cut him after getting a good look at him in NBA training camp and preseason games.

Just a reminder that Houston's owner is cheap and their team is trying to lose games right now.

Jazz struggle against teams with long, athletic perimeter defenders. (I guess every team does.) We saw this last year.
