So here's the problem I see with Randle.

1. He can't deal with the TEAM functioning without him being a focus. The ball moves and we can get a shot without Randle always drawing attention. So what does he do...

2. He holds the ball longer than he should and tries to single-handedly put points on the board. But then...

3. To validate his accolades last season he demands respect from the officials and seeks contact instead of following through on the play.

He's not only hurting us but maturity wise he's regressing before our eyes. Not a good look from our "leader".

He’s looking like Fizdale Randle if were being honest!!!!!!

The league is now keying on Randle and preparing their defenses around guarding him.

Which is why we need to continue letting the guards run the offense like the opening of the the game. The first 2 minutes we struggle a little then you see Randle standing at the top of the key next to or behind the point guard - saying with his body language okay give me the ball to create now. Thibs needs to shut that down.
