Overall a good game, blazers went cold and Oubre caught fire. Was a few too many points to catch up on.

The Sebastian Express wrote:The quality on Root Sports + is horrific. I don't know if it's standard definition, if it's the blazers road broadcast quality, but this is just awful. The picture quality is atrocious. It's ridiculous that we have to watch this on channel 1200+ instead of on 734. Pre-empted for a SEATTLE HOCKEY TEAM.

should not be surprised that an absent Seattle landlord signs a new TV deal, that favors a Seattle team and screws Blazer fans. The pro Seattle bias in Blazer ownership and management has been there since PA bought the team, but it's become several degrees worse with Jody Allen on top of the pyramid. Blazers have bad ownership now; only concern seems to be profit/loss

one component of the game:

Miles Bridges 6-6
LaMelo Ball 6-6
Gordon Hayward 6-7
Kelly Oubre Jr. 6-7
Cody Martin 6-5
P.J. Washington 6-7

Portland's collection of 6'3 talent had lots of trouble with the Hornet length. Bridges-Ball-Hayward-Oubre-Martin out-rebounded Powell-CJ-RoCo-Simons-Little by 33-16

get used to that

there might not be a player in the NBA who has been hurt more by the new foul rules than Dame...and he wasn't one of the targets of the rules. Has nothing to do with his abysmal shooting on three's, but he's driving to the rim at the highest rate of his career and his FT Rate is by far the lowest of his career.

Not worried as much about the driving to the hoop, IMO he should be able to adjust to that reasonably, I am more concerned with his horrid outside shooting so far. And as far as guarding those taller guys NAS should have gotten a lot more minutes and Tony Snell at 6'7" should be an option when he gets some playin time. If ANT keeps playin this well we need to trade a guard for a more versatile/taller SG/SF that can defend.
