These two really want to play together. They're legitimately tight.

This is our most realistic shot at a bonafide superstar (not saying Zion is there yet but he definitely has that potential). More realistic than LeBron, or KD.

And I'm pretty confident that Zion wouldn't be in that kind of shape if he played in NY. NO is unfortunately the NBA's gulag as far as basketball is concerned. They don't have a strong fanbase, their GM is a fraud, and they're seemingly hell-bent on building the worst possible roster around Zion. Not making excuses for him, he should not be out-of-shape like this, but just saying.

Agreed. I'm getting that feeling that he was just dogging it from the moment he was drafted by NO. Though honestly, what does he expect? Top picks normally go to the unsavory teams and he was the consensus no. 1

It sucks because Zion knows how to play and Curry didn't really... but it's a big concern.

Zion has played only 85 games of his career, mainly because he's too fat.

That's really hard to get excited about investing in.
