You can easily tell from the crowd when Melo is about to check in.

Reaves is really fun to watch. So smart for a rookie. Hopefully LeBron is noticing and will fight to keep him on the team.

Davis is so consistently disappointing. Don't know what happened after 2020.

Lebron AD and Westbrook are playing well yet the team is losing at home to Houston. The defense is not even playoff caliber, let alone championship caliber.

Lakers begin the game playing zero defense after seeing how bad the Rockets were offensively the last game and now Rockets have rhythm confidence.

Yup, just woeful defensive effort. So much for turning a corner...

Defense is AWFUL

I don't even know how to fix it or what the issues are

It seems like every pick and roll kills us

AD hasn't been impressive, but also can't expect him to put out every fire, our POA is getting killed

We really miss AC and Pope

Lakers D gets absolutely demolished by any kind of successive passing. Also been impressed by Carmelo's effort on D , then his 3point ability so far is like having a mini-Klay Thompson.

8 made 3's at the half by a team that averages 8 for the entire game. They'll cool off in the 2nd.

The worst part is even when the effort is there the defensive talent isn't. Rockets are getting anywhere they want without resistance. No dribble drive resistance and every pass is easy execution.

Nothing you can do about the lack of defensive talent, but these guys are sleepwalking.

As I'm typing this, AD falls asleep on an inbounds play following a suicide steal attempt by LeBron. :noway:

Vogel forced to resort to zone, and Lakers still get sliced up lmao. This is really bad

Doesn't help that THT, Ariza, Nunn, and Dwight are out

They would be much better than DJ and Monk and less min for Melo, Avery and Russ

Avery and Russ are decent in certain areas, poor in others

Bazemore has been up and down this year it looks like when I watch but haven't dug into the data
