On the minus side, Thybulle is, in my opinion, the best Zach defender in the league.

Vuc will definetly be better than WCJ was last year. Carter just got abused and provided nothing on the other end. Vuc can throw a body at him, fight for a rebound and make him work on defense. Embiid will still eat him up but he will know he was there.

I think Joel is going hard at Bradley tonight though. Just seems like the type of guy he is.

Sixers are oddly average on defense (16th), but #1 on offense in this early season.

Tobias & Green out is huge. But Curry is shooting better than his brother this season, 54% from 3. They absolutely cannot cheat off of him to double Joel. I'm low key worried here because Lonzo & Caruso cheat and help a ton on defense.

I'll be interested to see if we double Joel, or just let him get 40 or something while trying to lock the rest of the Sixers down.
Also interested if Billy is sticking with his 9 man rotation, or if he's still auditioning.

DDR is going to cool off one of these games, hope the squad can handle him not putting the entire team on his back for 3 quarters.

Ideally if Patrick wanted to be Klaw he would have been the guy who doubles. That will be Green’s job tonight. It is the only defense that works against him that I have seen.

Even with Tobias and Green out, this won't be a gimme. Philly beat Portland by 10 on Monday and that was without Embiid, Harris, and Green leaving the game midway through.

1. Press the ballhandler and harass him coming up court, we cannot let Embiid get set in the paint or else it will be an automatic 2 points on basically a marjority of the trips when they are in their offensive sets.
2. Keep raining 3´s and hopefully we can hit 15-20 shots tonight, Lonzo & Vooch are due for breakout scoring games and in Vooch`s case it would be great if he could hit his 3´s tonight.
3. Get the same energy & output from Ayo, DJJ, & Bradley

Against the Knicks, Jazz and Celts, the Bulls bench upped the tempo and increased defensive pressure all over the court.

Afterward, IMO all 3 teams looked physically exhausted by the time that the starters came back in the game. And it was just a mater of finishing the other team off (also with increased energy and pressure after resting). I expect this trend to continue for the rest of the season.

It's my feeling that the starting 5 has not gelled yet, but I also feel that the bench has not gelled yet - most important is Bradley.

Stacy King keeps commenting that Bradley is still getting into playing shape. So, he also expects him to get better. Brandley's rim protection is already at an elite level, and as he continues to improve, the Bulls bench will become feared.

With Harris and Green out, I think they're gonna play Georges Niang at PF. He went off for 21 points last game vs Portland, easily the difference maker in why they won (second leading scorer behind Curry).

He's a 6'7 shooter, plays like a wing moreso than a PF. We should have plenty of options to throw at guarding him.

Feeling nervous about this one. With Harris and Green out this game has trap written all over it. In some respects in the last few years it's been emotionally easier because you expected the Bulls to lose. I haven't built up my confidence in this team yet. Been burnt too many times.

Yikes, lets put an end to that. They operate like a machine, with or without Tobias. Going to be a challenge.

I feel good about tonight. Harris has been having a career-best start to this season. With him and Green out, that's a big blow to their forward rotation.

But they are playing like a well-oiled machine. Everybody in that rotation is defending and shooting well. We're the visitors. Definitely not going to be an easy game.

Also, I tend not to count on big offensive performances from this bench (two in a row). If Ayo has another lights-out performance, then get this guy in the ROY conversation. I just don't think it'll happen though. Starters need to bring it tonight.
