Doncic was the best center and rim protector against the Heat. Can WCS, Powell and KP step up tonight? No Poeltl for the Spurs should make life easier for Powell who had no clue how to guard him the first time.

Poetl being out really helps. He's a really good defender and Dwight made him look like Duncan last time we played.

Come on man, there are no conspiracy theories here. KP is a bum who can't stay healthy. He might have a good game here or there to give us hope but other than that, he needs to be gone at the trade deadline. I don't even consider him part of the team anymore, i completely zoned him out in my head lol...

He's missed the same amount of games as Dragic. Get out the tin foil hats

Pet peave of mine, but it's always a red flag to me when a player doesn't have the presence of mind to do a fake pump when a defender is right on him like Ntikilina just did. Great pass by Luka, but Frank just throws it fast in the air with the defender right behind him. What does he expect?

Luka is playing pretty poorly again.

He's been a negative when he's been on the court. Bad defense, inefficient scoring for 19 points on 18 shots and a -15 +/- with 3 minutes left on the third after a dumb technical.

Will he make it up in the 4th?

Here's the difference in the 3rs quarter :

Spurs easy shots after easy shots.
Mavs tough shots, sometimes they go in (like that DFS drive, bad shot), sometimes they don't (like that Frank bad drive).

It seems like the Mavs always drive into a defender, like that sequence with 2 blocks in 2 possessions + Luka bumping into a defender.

It's bad execution.

Jaylen Brunson has been the Mavs' MVP so far this season. He's gonna get paid.

Did bullock get hurt? I missed it. Why is he playing 7 min and Ntikilina 16?

Frank sucks at creating his own shot, he's supposed to be a 3 and D guy at best IF he can shoot 3s. Why is he empowered to create his own shot? The Knicks got rid of him and the Mavs are acting like he's the savior.

Good thing the bench is there once again to compensate for the starters.

He took a shot in the face from Eubanks on a screen.

Brunson's been balling.

Weird to see him +14 and Luka -16 right now.

Oh yeah, I saw it. I didn't think he would miss the whole game.

How long are they going to keep DFS in the starting lineup playing like crap?

I know the shot clock was at 5 when inbounded but c'mon that can't be the shot they get.

Starters suck other than Brunson (THJ was okay too).

Thank you Jalen for saving this team!
