Pretty rough stuff from Suggs so far. Just seems so in his head still. Doesn't have any comfort level on the offensive side of the ball.

This would seem like the classic bounce-back game for a team with their talent, but I'm not so sure. Something isn't right with that core. Even if they win tonight, which they should on paper, I'm out on them as a contender.

I loved Tatum in the draft and he's obviously a great NBA talent too, but he hasn't put it all together yet in my eyes and seems to be a hard player to play with due to his isolation playing style. If I was in their shoes I'd personally move Brown for an elite playmaking guard that breaks up the iso-heavy playing styles of him and Tatum.

Regardless, I'm really interested to see how Wagner matches up with both tonight. Great test for him.

They weren't that good last year and they went from one of the best head coaches in the league to a rookie head coach.

If that's true and Tatum is supposedly 6'9.. Franz is what? 6'11?

Imagine the Magic being a lights out shooting team. Usually all 5 guys on the court can make an open 3. Who would have imagined that.

Did we just fumble the rebound because 2 of our guys went at it?

I was expecting this to be the Celtics bounce ack game but you couldn't tell by visiting their forum

I love Cole but he was forcing things towards the end of the half.

Something I've noticed about Tatum is he really doesn't pass at all. He is trying to take on all of the Magic by himself. Seems like Jaylen is more of a team player.

Just need Cole to settle down a bit but I like how we are playing and once again I like the game plan Mosley has implemented tonight. As long as we don't have breakdowns defensively, I feel confident we can defend Boston without much trouble.

And this is why Cole is not a starter. Sorry for people thinking he is.

We just did not get enough out of our guards that half. RJ had a nice stretch but Cole/Suggs weren't good enough. Wagner looked great. Some nice passes guys just didn't connect on.

Ok first half. Rj was solid, playing within himself. Cole and Jalen forcing things right now. Franz playing D at a high level.

Tatum is a ball hog, who loves his game too much.
