Am i the only one who just wants to let dragic go? Rather have him gone than let him rot on the bench all year being disgruntled. If we dont play him he'll have no trade value either

Beal is one of the most overrated players in the NBA imo. If we're trading Siakam, we need to look for more.
Beal is 6'3 and has a PER of 18.3
Pascal is 6'9 and has a Career PER of 16.9
Pascal has been mega inconsistent in his career, starting out with horrendous shooting ability, and then going through the pandemic funk. I think Pascal, with all the support around him, will be the best Pascal, not the one in the funk. He showed funk recovery before his injury last year.
There just isn't enough difference for me to give up 6 inches in height.
PER measures offence.
I get that. People aren't wanting Beal for his defense.

It doesn't feel like he is really part of the team. He seems like the outsider. Even Dekker is integrated.

Has he been disgruntled?
I haven't seen anything that would suggest that and from most reports he has been a solid vet to our young guys.
If he does turn that way---sure---buy him out, but right now he seems to be a positive influence and it doesn't hurt to keep him around.

It doesn't matter to us, we're winning and he's not a factor in our winning right now. His former team picked up his option and traded him to us. We've tried to trade him and didn't get what we wanted. We'll keep trying in the future.
We shouldn't care about his feelings in this case. We've done nothing wrong here and have been very respectful to Dragic from the jump

Bingo. He is irrelevant to the team and its performance on the floor. Raps got higher ambitions.
Goran just watching that monthly wire hit his bank account.

He is still an asset. No need to cut him so quickly. There may be a demand for his services at the deadline and we may need him at some point before then. Imagine if, god forbid, Fred has to miss time this year.

No need to cut Goran.
Also no real need to play him either.
He will just see those wire payments his bank account, and then eventually will move on.

Yep. It's called having depth, and options come trade deadline. Nothing else matters.

Think that’s overstated… also, look at the difference in gtj… I think if you surround him with plus defenders and a system, he would fit nicely.

Look at OG and Barnes man…
(ignore OG’s shooting percentage)

That’s our future
