Don't hold your breath. I assume we may see a red zone pass or two thrown up for grabs again too.

Line is only +7. Not sure if that's a testament to how good Vegas thinks we are, or how bad they think KC's D is.

If Rodgers got vaccinated, maybe he doesn't get COVID and we get too see him and Mahones battle it out. But maybe he does get it anyway tho, hard to say. Just have to rally the troops (players) and take the field (field) with what you have. Do you think the Chiefs care that the Packers are short-handed? Spoiler:

Wonder what the punishment will be for Rodgers clearly not following the protocol? Fine? Loss of draft pick? Suspension?

The Bulls are the absolute worst.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

NFL not enforcing their own protocols and general just being incompetent as **** with player safety?
I'm stunned.

They can fine us for whatever protocols were not followed but then there has to be an investigation of every team because it's happening everywhere

Love has a lot to prove, this could be his Dallas Cowboys game where young Rodgers subbed in for injured Favre the year before he took over. I don't know what most people's expectations are but to me he's gotta show something, he was a 1st round pick and he's not a rookie anymore so it has to be more than just blind faith at this point for me to believe this guy is our franchise QB for the next decade. Absolutely don't baby Love, we gotta see what we have even if mistakes are made.
This could be a pretty consequential for both Love and Rodgers, if Love looks lost and Rodgers continues on his potentially 4th MVP campaign you would have to be a damn fool to trade him. Likewise, Love showing himself capable might be what gives Gute/Murphy the capital they need to pull the trigger on a Rodgers trade.

Wentz and Cousins have both done live pressers with no masks on.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.
Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Also, not sure what the point of the tweet was but passing to Adams, Cobb, Lazard, MVS, Jones with our starting oline (potentially even Bakhtiari back) in should be a little easier than playing with the crew he had in preseason.

Is Love going to let it rip and throw deep too? Or mostly quick hooks and flares and screens? The latter was pretty much all of Mike Smith's throws for the other LaFleur's Jets last Sunday--we'll see if the play calls are expanded tonight for them.

I disagree. Can't base much of anything on 1 game, especially his first start on short notice.

Always a poor idea to gauge anything from a QB's first ever start, but I'm not gonna lie, would look pretty rough if he struggles against a defense as awful as KC's...

First game, yeah that not fair. But I do think you can kind of see an 'it' factor. Like making quick decisions when a play breaks down or a big boy throw in a tight window. I hope to see something this week. Mistakes, interceptions, taking a bad sack that's the kind of **** that won't really bother me because thats young QB stuff even the good ones do.Ron Swanson wrote:Always a poor idea to gauge anything from a QB's first ever start, but I'm not gonna lie, would look pretty rough if he struggles against a defense as awful as KC's...
On the flip side I could tell pretty quickly guys like Hundley and Kizer weren't going to the guys within a game of two of them playing.
Extreme example but it took all of about a quarter of watching Herbert his first start for me to be like 'yeah this dude might be special'.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.
