Draft episode is great.

I still think the all time greatest open gym season was the one where Rudy Gay was traded for a bunch of role players and all of a sudden the team started winning.

I know they started winning after the trade. Funny though I recall watching an Open Gym episode just before that, the team played in Philly and Kyle hosted a gathering at his house. I had kinda thought Rudy came off aloof or above it all, but in this video I could tell he was a good guy, a good teammate, joking around, just one of the guys, part of the group. I suppose basketball-wise it was a good trade but he was not any kind of cancer like some painter him. He was a good dude.

Long time lurker here that always posts after the draft special. Not sure if anyone else interested but I took a look at the draft episode again. Sorry I have screencaps but don't know how to post them. After at lot of freezing frames, you can see two roster depth charts on the board behind at 843 and 1024 with the bottom depth chart showing:
Top row: Dejounte, OG, Pascal
Middle row: Gary, blank box, unclear
Bottom row: box w/unclear words, Sam/Isa, Yuta
*Full MLE

So possible the Raptors were targeting dejounte Murray from Spurs. Dejounte is a bit hard to see but it was a clear NTE and very few names in nba end with NTE (I could have been devonte Graham since he was linked to raps too but the J was clear in other parts of the video). There were reports that white and Murray were available around draft time.

Interesting was Gary was consider below dejounte in depth chart and that Sam and Isaac kinda shared a spot on depth meaning they were likely to pick one over the other at some point.

Also next to Pascal was another column meaning that in that scenario Pascal was thought as PF not C

Of course there was another depth chart on the top which couldn't make out so it might have been just one of the two scenarios. But I thought it was interesting to see a scenario without Scottie.
