Nearly impossible to say, a lot of good games but no standout. I'm going with Neto who gets the nod over Beal due to Beal's 5 TOs and missing all of his threes. KCP and Gafford have arguments, too, but thought Neto came in and gave us a big spark.

Gotta go with Neto. He really went off in the 3rd to help us get separation.

Not to mention that he outscored Morant

Also props to Beal for stopping his chucking and to Deni for his D.

Tough one. Could have been Neto, Gafford, Harrell, Widdie, Kuz or Beal.

I gave it to KCP for his defense

When KCP and Kuz combine for 7 made 3s we are hard to beat

Beal had some bad TOs and couldn't buy a made 3 but other than that he scored at will whenever he wanted

I'm voting for Neto. unstoppable on offense, pesky on defense. He even had a seated assist

Yes. Difficult, amazing team performance. I’ll give it to Neto too.

I just watched the game this morning. POTG is definitely KCP. He was exceptional on defense and solid on offense. Defensively, he made zero mistakes, always in the right place. He guarded Morant at the point of the attack and chased him around the high screens with his length. Morant was squeezed by KCP from behind, giving him little breathing room to execute his pass to the roll man or to hit the floater. (Gafford was also instrumental in this as a deterrent at the rim.) KCP also did a nice job on off-ball switches, recognizing when his smaller teammates had a mismatch and correcting it before it could be exploited.

Runners up were Gafford and Neto.

Neto is easy to appreciate given what he does at his size, but KCP really was doing a ton of unsung hero stuff out there.

This morning I watched a bunch of the earlier parts of the game (that I'd had to miss last night), & I agree w/ nate that KCP deserves POTG. It's in the numbers & especially it's in his activity on defense.

As a team we did 2 things that will win you a whole lot of games: we played outstanding defense, & we shot extraordinarily well --turning only 84 shots into 108 points for an extra-planetary 1.46 TS%.

We also did a couple of things that will lose you games -- turned the ball over twice as often as Memphis & shot 54% on FTs.

KCP was a big part of the good things & had no part in either of the bad things -- :) -- hence: POTG !

Can I say "the team"?

Another win, still no POTG for Beal. I don’t think any other teams have as many wins without their best player being the best player.

Currently T-9th and 10th in offensive and defensive ratings, respectively. Offensive rating is with the 7th worst shooting from three this season. If we could at least be middle of the pack, it be a huge boost.

Harrell is the best player. So far.
