I mean rose is playing better than a quite a few starting guards on other teams lol. You can be playing worse than rose and still be a good player. But Kemba has been lackluster besides a few games.

Derrick Rose is better than or just as good as most starting PGs in the league. I said when we signed Kemba that Rose was still better than him and that was obvious to anybody who actually watched both play last season. As far as Kemba goes, he’s not getting paid started money so we got what we paid for.

yeah ideally would love to keep rose on the bench. just dont know if we can live with that if kemba continues to be non existent on defense. its even worse being next to fournier who's ass on defense. wish thibs would find a way to get grimes in the rotation but we know it's never happening until next year at least

He’s not that 20ppg player anymore - he’s been slated to play 20 minutes a game & came fairly cheap. Rose should be ending games & there may be nights Kemba has it going and he will finish. You just hate the guy. I read an interview of Barrett today and the team loves him for his leadership and positivity. You never know what he could provide come playoff time - that’s why he is here & why he will sit back to back and get 20 minutes per game.
