If you’re into video games, it’s a lot of fun. My wife, who limits her game playing to Nintendo and Kingdom Hearts, thought it was just alright.

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

I love both too, but I think Mexico has been my favorite. I love Félix's actor.

Quite a night tonight.

SNF, Rams/Titans, could be fun
2 Hour Yellowstone premiere
Succession
Dexter reboot
Curb
Fear The Walking Dead (I still watch because I'm dumb)

Most likely I watch football (as long as it's close anyway) and maybe Curb after the game. The rest I'll dig into tomorrow.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Don't think I can go back to Dexter.

So I just saw an interview snippet with I think the writer of the Terminator and the Matrix. She says Terminator is a prequel to the matrix and that John Connor is Neo or something to that extent. My mind is blown.

I assume you're talking about Sophia Stewart, whose copyright claim hinges on the assertion that the Wachowskis held a sci-fi writing contest and posted an ad for it in a national magazine when Lana was at Bard and Lilly was a senior at Whitney Young in Chicago.

I think that implies intent and she seems delusional. But maybe it's all true!

Rewatched Rush Hour and Rush Hour 2 over the weekend. Rush Hour holds up beautifully; Rush Hour 2 not so much. It's still fun, and has a number of great Jackie Chan set pieces, but it's got that early-2000s edge lord thing creeping into the comedy bits, and it's rough at times. My wife and I have talked about this at some length in the past, and watching these back to back was a great example - there was significant media backslide on gender in the early 2000s. There's a lot of "we're over it" energy that only got worse once post 9/11 nihilism kicked in.

I thought the premiere was decent. It took awhile to set up the season then it got moving. I'm giving it a shot because Clyde Phillips is back. He was the show runner for seasons 1-4.

Yellowstone came back.

Spoiler:
Hooray for plot armor!
Amos Barshad: "So you got a job, a place to live, a license? What’s left?"

Giannis: “Nothing. Just get a ring now.”

I don’t know her from a hole in the wall. Just saw a thirty second vid on social media. Oh well, fun to think about

I still adore those movies. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan were both just incredibly funny and charismatic to me. I don’t think I’m exaggerating when I say I’ve probably watched them around 100 times

Great episode. I wasn't sure how the Maria Sofia thing was going to work but she knocked it out of the park in that audition taping with Cheryl.

Writing/acting has fallen off a cliff in Yellowstone. Hope they get their crap together before Sheridan goes full Sutter.

I think it's hilarious that

Spoiler:
for all the doom and gloom there was apparently no real negative impact to that stupid attack. The cabin burned down and Beth's got a scar, and that's it?
